1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rbajaa ("rbajaa", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the rbajaa website at rbajaa.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, payment processing, bonus programmes, and customer support.

By registering an account with rbajaa, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acknowledgement checkbox during the registration process, or by continuing to use the rbajaa platform after these Terms have been updated, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account and must not use the rbajaa platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. rbajaa may provide translations of these Terms for informational purposes; however, the English version is the authoritative and legally binding text.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account with rbajaa, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rbajaa is strictly an adult platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal person) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee of rbajaa, or an immediate family member of such an employee, without prior written consent from rbajaa management.
• You must not be using any form of automated software, proxy service, or virtual private network (VPN) to circumvent any geographical or access restriction that rbajaa has put in place.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above. If you become aware that any eligibility criterion is no longer satisfied, you are obligated to notify rbajaa immediately and cease using the platform until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of rbajaa services, you are required to create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are prohibited from providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one rbajaa account. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where rbajaa identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended, merged, or permanently closed at rbajaa's sole discretion. Any bonus credits or winnings derived from duplicate account activity will be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbajaa username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. rbajaa will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any channel other than the official rbajaa login page at rbajaa.net/rbajaa-login. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rbajaa immediately by contacting [email protected]. rbajaa will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

rbajaa operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used before a withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, utility bill dated within the last three months, or a screenshot of your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by rbajaa may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until documentation is provided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rbajaa platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbajaa does not charge players any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of rbajaa.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

rbajaa currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service. Instant deposit credit.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital wallet. Instant deposit credit.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service. Instant deposit credit.
• Upay — UCB mobile wallet. Instant deposit credit.
• Bank Transfer — Direct transfers from BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks. Processing time: one business day.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification benefit from higher transaction limits. Current limit schedules are displayed within the Cashier section of your rbajaa account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

rbajaa processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfers are processed within one business day. All withdrawals are subject to a security review. Withdrawals may be delayed where additional KYC documentation is required or where the account is subject to an ongoing investigation. rbajaa reserves the right to request that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit.

4.4 Prohibited Funding Sources

You warrant that all funds deposited into your rbajaa account originate from legitimate sources that belong to you. Deposits made using stolen payment credentials, funds obtained through illegal activity, or accounts that do not belong to the registered player are strictly prohibited. rbajaa reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

rbajaa offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and IPL tournaments.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game categories, time limits, and geographic restrictions. Players who have self-excluded or placed themselves on a voluntary deposit limit below the minimum qualifying deposit for a promotion are not eligible for that promotion. rbajaa reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by rbajaa are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be staked before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

rbajaa employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, rbajaa reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and recover any amounts paid out as a result of abusive behaviour.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, the duration of which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry, any unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically. rbajaa does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6 Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the rbajaa platform — including live casino table games, video slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided by third-party software providers and governed by their respective certified rules. rbajaa is the operator of record; however, the game logic, Random Number Generation (RNG), and live dealer procedures are the responsibility of the relevant provider.

6.1 Certified Fair Play

All RNG-based games offered on rbajaa use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slots are published by the relevant game provider and are available upon request. Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their own regulatory certifications. rbajaa does not manipulate any game outcome.

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

rbajaa reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where there is clear evidence that the odds offered were the result of a manifest error. In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or pay tables, rbajaa will cancel the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. rbajaa's decision regarding manifest errors is final.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and the relevant stake returned to the player's account. rbajaa will not honour payouts that arise solely as a result of a software error, hardware failure, or communication network disruption. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when participating in live dealer games or crash game sessions.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on rbajaa covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the sports betting section. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published in the rbajaa sportsbook for each sport and event type. In-play betting is subject to real-time odds changes, and rbajaa reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rbajaa platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or providing materially false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering: Using the rbajaa platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or satisfy wagering requirements.
• Hacking and exploits: Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, exploiting software bugs, or reverse-engineering any rbajaa system or game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider after depositing funds to your rbajaa account.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with rbajaa support staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

rbajaa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose;
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting resolution through rbajaa support;
• The player's account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players;
• Continuation of the account would expose rbajaa to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request permanent closure of their rbajaa account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who close their account under rbajaa's self-exclusion programme are treated differently from standard account closures. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked in full and cannot be reopened by the player. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Players who self-exclude are strongly encouraged to also exclude themselves from other online gambling platforms. rbajaa can provide contact details for responsible gaming support organisations upon request.

8.3 Effect of Closure on Bonuses

Upon account closure — whether initiated by rbajaa or the player — any active bonus funds, free spins, and pending bonus-derived winnings that have not yet satisfied their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Only verified real-money balances that are free of wagering conditions are eligible for return upon closure.

8.4 Disputes and Final Decisions

Any dispute arising from the suspension or closure of an rbajaa account should be directed to [email protected] in the first instance. rbajaa will respond to all formal account disputes within ten business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with rbajaa support, the player acknowledges that rbajaa's internal dispute resolution process represents the final avenue available, and that all decisions made in good faith by rbajaa management are binding.
